Product Price
The Product Price block renders the selected variant’s price and automatically updates when a customer picks a different variant. When a compare-at price exists, the original price appears with a strikethrough alongside a customizable sale label. An optional BNPL (buy now, pay later) line can be toggled on below the price. If the product has a nama.promo_campaign metaobject attached, the block shows a promo heading and campaign note below the price and hides the generic “on sale” label so both messages don’t compete for attention.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sale text | The label shown next to the price when the product is on sale. Defaults to “on sale”. Hidden automatically when a promo campaign is attached to the product — the campaign note takes its place. |
| Show BNPL options | Toggles the buy-now-pay-later messaging below the price. The provider is controlled by the globals.bnpl_type shop metafield. |
Used in
Section titled “Used in”- The block initializes the
productVariantAlpine store if no other block has done so yet, so it can safely appear before or after the variant options block. - Price formatting respects the shop’s locale and currency settings, including period-as-thousands locales like Colombia and Germany.
- Sale text is lowercased automatically, so “On Sale” and “on sale” produce the same result.
- When a promo campaign is attached, the sale text disappears but the compare-at strikethrough price still shows — customers can still see the discount, just with campaign-specific messaging instead of generic “on sale”.
