Step
The step block renders one column in the Feature Steps section’s grid. Each step shows a square image or autoplaying video with an optional label pill overlay (e.g. “step one”), followed by a title and description below. The image takes priority – if both an image and video are provided, the video is ignored. This keeps things predictable when content editors are experimenting with different media.
Settings

| Description | Richtext content shown beneath the title in a muted color. |
| Image | A square image for the step. Takes priority over video when both are set. |
| Video | A Shopify-hosted video that autoplays, loops, and is muted. Only used when no image is set. |
Used in
Section titled “Used in”- Labels are lowercased automatically in the template, so entering “Step One” or “step one” both render the same way.
- The media area is always square. Choose images and videos that work well in a 1:1 crop.
- Keep descriptions brief – the multi-column grid means each step has limited horizontal space, especially on tablet.
