Testimonials
A centred column (full width on mobile, 10/12 on tablet, 8/12 on desktop) with a star rating row at the top, a heading and description, a horizontal rule, and then a Splide carousel of customer testimonials that slide one at a time. Navigation uses arrow buttons flanking kale-coloured dot pagination.
Stars are rendered inline as SVGs in the brand’s kale green. The star count is adjustable (0–5) and a companion text field lets you show a summary like “4.8 out of 5 stars” alongside them.

Blocks
Section titled “Blocks”Static blocks:
- Title — the section heading, rendered at
heading-xlsize. - Rich text — description text below the heading, at
body-lgsize.
Repeatable:
- Testimonial — a single slide containing a quote (textarea), author name, and product name. Each block becomes one slide in the carousel.
Where it’s used
Section titled “Where it’s used”- Product templates (flagship PDP)
- Homepage
- Any page where social proof is needed
- Aim for five to eight testimonials. Fewer than three makes the carousel feel thin; more than ten and nobody swipes that far.
- Include the product name on every testimonial. It reinforces which product is being praised, especially when the section is reused across templates.
- Keep quotes to two or three sentences. The carousel shows one slide at a time in a narrow column — long quotes push the pagination below the fold.
- Match the star count to your actual rating. Don’t round up to five if your aggregate is 4.6 — use 5 stars with “4.6 out of 5” in the text field for honesty.
